Privacy policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

The short version
  • We collect what you give us and what we need to run Arqo for your business.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or text message consent with anyone for marketing.
  • Your clients' data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service.

The full policy is below, and it is what applies.

1. Who we are

Arqo is a product of Luft Group LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Arqo," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we handle through getarqo.com, the Arqo diagnostic, and the Arqo software, and what we do with it.

It covers three groups of people:

  • Visitors to our website.
  • Business customers and people who ask us about Arqo.
  • Clients of businesses that use Arqo, whose booking history we process on that business's behalf.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a diagnostic or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, website, phone number, and email address, along with anything you write to us.

Information from your booking system. When a business sends us a booking export or connects its booking system, we receive information about that business's clients and appointments. This can include client names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment dates, services, staff members, and messaging preferences.

Information collected automatically. Our website and the tools it runs on record basic technical information, such as your browser type, the pages you view, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is done with cookies and similar technologies, described in section 8.

Message records. When Arqo sends a text message or email for a business, we keep a record of when it was sent, whether it was delivered, and any reply or opt-out.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to you and prepare your diagnostic.
  • To provide the service: working out how often each client returns, sending messages on a business's behalf, and reporting the results to that business.
  • To honor opt-outs and keep consent records accurate.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.
  • To improve Arqo, using information that has been combined and stripped of anything that identifies a person or a business.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not use client information from one business to contact that business's clients for our own purposes or for any other business.

4. Client data we handle for businesses

When we process booking and client information for a business, we do so on that business's instructions. The business decides who is contacted and what is said, and it is responsible for having its clients' permission.

If you received a message sent through Arqo and have a question about it or about your information, the business that sent it is the best first contact. You can also write to us at the address in section 13 and we will pass your request to the business or act on it ourselves where we are able to.

5. Text messages

Messages sent through Arqo come from the business you have a relationship with, and only where that business has your permission to text you.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You can reply HELP for help.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages, such as messaging carriers and providers.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers that help us run Arqo, such as website hosting, cloud hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery, and text message delivery. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
  • The business you are a client of, since the information is theirs.
  • Legal reasons, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect people's safety, our rights, or the service.
  • A change of ownership, such as a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

7. Health practices

Some of our customers are health practices. Where a practice is subject to HIPAA, we handle protected health information only under a business associate agreement with that practice, and that agreement governs our use of it. Messages sent through Arqo are not meant to contain clinical details.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, to remember that you have visited, and to understand how the site is used. These are set by us and by the tools the site runs on, including our website host and our customer relationship management provider.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not remember you.

9. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. A business can ask us to delete its booking export or its client data at any time, and we will do so within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it. Opt-out records are kept so that we can continue to honor them.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

To make a request, write to the address in section 13. We may need to confirm who you are before we act. If your information reached us through a business that uses Arqo, we may direct your request to that business.

You can unsubscribe from our own emails using the link in any of them.

12. Children, location, and changes

Arqo is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We are based in the United States, and information is processed there.

We may update this policy as the service develops. If a change is significant, we will post a notice on this page or contact you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.

13. Contact

Questions or requests about privacy can be sent to hello@getarqo.com.
